Fairview Manor is a city owned, not-for-profit skilled nursing facility.  The facility offers a small, home like environment.

Fairview Manor opened Country Reflections Assisted Living Facility and Tiny Images Child Care Center in 2002.  Each of these new entities have been a great benefit for the community.
