Fairview Manor is a city owned, not-for-profit skilled nursing facility.  The facility offers a small, home like environment. Fairview Manor became a registered Eden Alternative facility in May 2000. Across the nation, only about 300 facilities have achieved this status.  

Fairview Manor opened Country Reflections Assisted Living Facility and Tiny Images Child Care Center in 2003.  Each of these new entities have been a great benefit for the community.
